One-Stop Support Shop
Community Loving Services: Planning support/coordination with housing, employment, resources access to health/therapeutic services, self advocacy.
Services to Enhance Potential (STEP): Provides a variety of services to individuals and facilities, such as supports coordination, transition, self-employment, skill training, mobility training and job placement.
Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS): Works with eligible customers and employers to achieve quality employment outcomes and independence for individuals with disabilities.
Neighbor Service Organization (NSO): Services consumers across metro Detroit through accessible programs, designed to strengthen and empower individuals, support families and help those who are in need. NSO strives to be Always Within Reach for the most vulnerable neighbors who are homeless, the elderly, children and adults with developmental disabilities, families struggling with addiction, mental illness, and people contemplating suicide.
Synergy Partners LLC: A managed behavioral health care plan with a wide-ranging network of providers serving the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance abuse. Synergy Partners has MCPN contract with the Detroit Wayne County Community Mental Health Agency and operates a seamless provider network to serve the community's behavioral health needs.
Psy Genics: Provides support coordination, respite, housing, transition planning, psychiatric and psychological services, guardianship and more for persons with developmental disabilities and the entire family.
Wayne Center: Assists and enables persons with disabling conditions or other behavioral health care needs to achieve optimal independence and inclusion in the community through self determination. Wayne Center provides advocacy, behavioral management training, supports coordination, home development, individual health care planning, individual/family therapy, medication review, permanency planning, referrals for guardianship/alternatives, and placements in family foster care, group home, and semi-independent living.
